1. The Insolvency Group

The Insolvency Group Ltd is incorporated and registered in the UK, company registration No. 12559281. The registered office is Crescent House, Lever Street, Bolton, BL3 6NN.

2. The Scheme

Where an existing client of The Insolvency Group redirects a person to The Insolvency Group regarding an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA), the client will receive a voucher where, following the referral, the referee:
> completes an advice call
> becomes a verified client of The Insolvency Group
This Scheme will not be available to the client unless both conditions above are complied with.

3. How to enter

The Scheme will run from 09:00 on 15/12/21 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 on 31/12/22 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
The Insolvency Group reserves the right to withdraw this Scheme at any time, without notice.

3.1 To enter the Scheme:
a. All clients of The Insolvency Group will be sent an email including a Unique LINK for the client to share with family or friends.
b. The client is to share the Unique LINK via email, social media or SMS.
c. Eligibility for a voucher is only for existing clients of The Insolvency Group, who have shared the link, any other person clicking the unique link, will not be eligible for a voucher.
d. The voucher is non-transferable or refundable, and there is no cash alternative.
e. The potential customer gives consent to be contacted by The Insolvency Group and/or its business partners by clicking on the link sent and entering their details for help with their debts.
f. The client has no obligation to share under this Scheme.
g. There are no charges for this Scheme.

3.2 The Insolvency Group will not accept:
a. as confirmation of receipt of entry in this Scheme, proof of transmission.
b. responsibility for Scheme entries that are lost, damaged, mislaid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause. This includes, but is not limited to:
c. any loss or delay resulting from postal failure
d. satellite, network or server failure
e. any equipment, system failure or technical malfunction
f  computer hardware or software failure of any kind

4. Eligibility

4.1 The Scheme is only open to clients of The Insolvency Group who are UK residents, 18 years or over except:
a. The Insolvency Group employees, or its holding or subsidiary companies;
b. Any supplier of goods or services in connection with this Scheme; or
c. Any member, partner, agent, director of, or consultant of The Insolvency Group;
d. The Insolvency Group agents or suppliers employees, or its holding or subsidiary companies, that are professionally connected with the Scheme or its administration; or
e. Any other person who directly or indirectly controls The Insolvency Group; or
f. immediate family members or household members of any of (a) to (e) above.

4.2 By entering the Scheme, you are agreeing to these terms and confirming that you meet the eligibility criteria to enter and claim any Scheme you may be entitled to. You may be required to prove your eligibility to enter the Scheme.

4.3 The Insolvency Group will not accept Scheme entries that are:
a Completed in bulk or by third parties;
b. Automatically computer-generated;
c. Forged, altered in any way, reconstructed, tampered with or are illegible; or
d. Completed on behalf of another person or submitted jointly: or
e. Incomplete.
4.4 There is no limit on the number of referrals a client may make regarding this Scheme.
4.5 If your conduct is contrary to the intention or spirit of this Scheme, The Insolvency Group reserves all rights to disqualify you from this and any future Schemes.

5. Claiming the Scheme

5.1 As soon as practicable after determining they are entitled to a voucher, The Insolvency Group will contact the redeemer of the Scheme personally using the email address or telephone number held on record for the client.
5.2 A third party may not claim the Scheme on your behalf
5.3 Should you be entitled to a voucher, The Insolvency Group will make all reasonable efforts to contact you. If unsuccessful following reasonable attempts to contact you, The Insolvency Group reserves the right not to issue any voucher.
5.4 The Insolvency Group accepts no responsibility if you are unable to take up this Scheme.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1 In any circumstances, insofar as is permitted by law, The Insolvency Group, its agents or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, personal injury, damage or death that may occur as a result of entering this Scheme, except where it is caused by The Insolvency Groups negligence, the negligence of its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
6.2 The Insolvency Group and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage or disappointment which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Scheme, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law

8. General

8.1 The Insolvency Group may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this Scheme if there is any indication or reason to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
8.2 The Insolvency Group reserves the right to void, hold, cancel, suspend or amend this Scheme where it is deemed necessary to do so.
8.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
